Baby H was in the studio recently! Mama bear braved a long drive alone with baby H all the way from Saratoga for this session.  She was one of my first baby girls of 2019 after a long list of boys. I was so excited about her session and was looking forward to using all my new props and headbands!

I have a fixed workflow for every session and usually start off with a sleepy, unwrapped baby on the beanbag but little Miss H here, refused to sleep! She was just happy to be swaddled and was so alert the whole time. It was a good change to get some awake shots- a 2-week-old baby making eye contact, is pretty impressive! The B&W image below is one of my favorites from her session and I’ve ordered a big print of the same to display at the studio.
